Shraddha Parekh Badani

Shraddha holds a Master's degree in Industrial Psychology and brings over 20 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, and employee well-being. Her expertise lies in understanding human behavior in the workplace, designing and implementing talent management strategies, and improving organizational culture. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in creating environments that foster employee engagement, productivity, and growth.

Neeraj Parekh

Neeraj is a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai and a Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of experience in accounting, auditing, deal execution and fund-raising activities. He has served in leadership roles at Deloitte and Bank of America, focused on man-management and team-handling activities for various projects. He has also worked with MSMEs and multinational companies in FMCG, IT & finance industries.

Juhi Parekh

Juhi is a Chartered Accountant and Bachelor of Commerce with 10+ years of experience in accounting, finance, mergers, acquisition, and tax. She has studied entrepreneurship at Harvard University. She has been working in the family business for over 5 years. Prior to that, she was working with a prominent MNC in the mergers and acquisition division.

Suryakant Parekh

Mr. Suryakant Parekh, aged 70 years, is a science graduate and has more than 50 years of experience in various shipping-related activities. He has earned a lot of respect for his in-depth knowledge of the industry and his ability to provide excellent services and logistic support to all his clients.
